Covid-19 Health Policy
At Advanced Home Inspections, PLLC we are absolutely committed to the health and well being of our homeowners, clients and our inspectors, especially during this time and with us having children at home. We will do everything we can to ensure your and our safety while still maintaining our absolute high quality inspections. We exceed the guidelines set by local government and the CDC.
We also offer the inspection walkthrough performed over Zoom.
Covid-19 Health Policies
All our inspectors have taken the COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for Home Inspectors Course provided by InterNACHI to learn all safety procedures. We are also all fully vaccinated.
Safety Measures for our home inspectors:

Reschedule the inspection if we feel sick, or if we exhibit symptoms of a respiratory illness.

Bring our own anti-bacterial soap, towel, hand sanitizer and shoe covers.

Use hand sanitizer before entering the home, and wash our hands as recommended before beginning the inspection.

Wear disposable shoe covers when entering the home.

Wear facemasks when anyone is present.

Do not shake hands.

Avoid touching our face.

Wash our hands after inspecting each bathroom and the kitchen and when necessary otherwise.
